It is awarded to students pursuing fields in art, drama, or rodeo/agriculture. Mike and Peggy were long-time residents of the Boulder Valley and wished to support students, particularly from the Valley, in these fields. The applicant need not necessarily be pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree. Various types of education are included, such as certification in horseshoeing; equine management; specialized art, performing arts, or drama certification; etc. The scholarship will be paid directly to the recipient’s choice of provider. |
