We are in the finishing stages of the project and it is really coming together.
Concrete polishing is complete. Trim out continues on second floor. Restroom tile is being placed in the 2nd floor restrooms. Plumbing fixtures are being set on first floor.
DAC is setting the fume hood this week and installing FRP. Next week 1st floor carpet installation begins.
We will also start welding all of our interior handrail as well as setting 2nd floor casework.
On the exterior, the south entry stairs and fire riser room stairs are complete. Next, we will start prepping our sidewalks beginning on the south side of the building.
