Hello there! My name is Mrs.Ehret and I am the Art Teacher and Art Club Advisor. I have worked at Jefferson High school for going on 9 years now and each year just keeps getting better! I teach many subjects such as Drawing, Painting, Photography, Pottery, Independent Art, and Intro to Art. I am a firm believer that everyone is creative, they just need to find out what they are passionate about. It is my job to open the door for my students to discover and foster their creativity as well as give them the support they need to be successful individuals.
I studied at the University of Montana and received my bachelor's degree in Art Education with a minor in Art History as well as my master's in Integrating Art in Education. I worked on a USFS fire crew in both the Lolo and Kootenai National forests for many years. I love spending time in the mountains and on the water- themes that almost always make an appearance in my own artwork.
