The school year is here and I am excited to be teaching Pre Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Tech Math (1st semester), and Math Modeling (2nd semester).

Born and raised in Jefferson County it was only 7 short years ago that I graduated from Jefferson High School. I then went to Montana State University (GO CATS) where I received my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and a Minor Endorsement in 5-12 Mathematics Teaching. I spent my first year teaching right across the street at Boulder Elementary School where I taught an amazing group of third graders. In my second year of teaching I joined the JHS community and taught in the math Department. I am looking forward to my 3rd year teaching and sharing my love of math. Other roles I have are Assistant High School Football Coach, Assistant High School Track Coach, and Middle School Boys Basketball Coach. Besides teaching and coaching, I enjoy spending time with my wife Kaylee and our families, as well as hunting, fishing, hiking, and occasionally trying to hit a small white ball into a hole.
